An online pay advice is the modern version of the traditional paper “payroll stub.” It is an electronic notice posted for each pay date and will include the same information provided on a traditional paper pay advice, such as the amount of money directly deposited into your specified bank account(s), the amount of taxes withheld from your pay, your benefit deductions and your net pay amount.
All Kalamazoo College employees (faculty, staff and students) can view their pay advices on the Earning Statements tab of Hornet HQ Employee Self-Service.
Past history is available going back five years.
Following termination of employment, a paper pay advice will be mailed to your home for your final pay date. If you have a need for previous pay advices after leaving employment at the College, contact the Payroll Office and paper pay advices will be provided.
